| When you have a Lync 2013 client installed on a workstation that does not have an audio device and the user is enterprise voice enabled, selecting call me option to the join the meeting does not have your work number as an option and fails if you enter it as a new number.
The work number field is populated by/with what is entered in the Lync enabled user's Line URI settings. In order to have the work number appear as an option to select when using the call me feature to join meetings and the user does not have an audio device, you must set the account to "Audio\Video" disabled. |
